I said "wow" the minute I walked in and wanted to keep exploring. The interior design details were incredible. In fact I'm remodeling my bathroom because of this place. We had a one bedroom with a living room and a beautiful little side porch. You could see Zion on both sides. Every single detail here we spelled through down to the toilet paper roll holder, not kidding. I don't want to know ruin the surprise, but even the towel holders were beautifully hand carved Coyotes. Don't get the impression it was over the top with a theme, it was not. Just absolutely beautiful. The way the cabinets were stained look like a piece of art representing the mountains! The art in the bathroom were framed slices of fossils. I found myself wanting photographing the whole place! Beyond that, everything was chosen to be very effective for my usability perspective. We had a little sectional sofa with a chaise lounge built in, a very interesting mobile coffee table that could be maneuvered and two adaquitly sized ottomans, so if there were more people over for instance, we could sit five around the table for a conversation or cards. Brilliant!

Great place to stay. I was very pleasantly surprised on how wonderful the rooms were and the renovations that were done to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the lobby, restaurant and bar all look great. I would highly recommend staying here. The only negative (and very minimal) is that the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. A male problem only. :)

Excellent property! Check in was easy. The rooms are so comfortable and relaxing. The views from the hotel of the mountains and watching the stars by the fire pit at night made our stay. The restaurant and bar on property had excellent service and a great selection.

It’s a nice room from the outside, the more we were in it and using it the more we found was wrong. Low water pressure, hot water never actually got very hot (Luke warm at best), old grapes left in our fridge, pull out couch wasn’t dressed with sheets, no extra blankets in closet, the toilet seat fell off, the towel holder on the glass shower door fell off and in the trashcan we found a old used light switch when maintenance came to switch it out. Literally the only good things about the room was the coffee maker, the bed and the view. My husband even told the person at the front desk and she didn’t even write anything down even after telling her very specific things. I also love an evening cup of tea and it would have been nice to have that available in the lobby 24/7. Also, if you stay in room 322 make sure your door closes all the way before leaving. Again, some of these things are to be expected at any hotel… but the fact all of this happened in one room was astonishing. Like I said, great bed and view and always thankful for coffee in the room. Staff in the restaurant were awesome also, my husband got a drink and they had to scan his id and they found out it was his birthday and she was nice enough to bring out a piece of cake for him without me asking them to surprise him. The Denver scramble for breakfast is delicious!!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Zion! The location is ideal, walking distance from the park but also right across the street from a shuttle stop for even easier access. When we visited, we had two pets and we were put in a lovely room right by a large grassy area where we could walk our dog. Despite it being a pet-friendly room, the space was spotless, smelled nice, and felt more expensive than it actually was. We checked out the pool after a day of hiking and also found it to be well-maintained and relaxing! The restaurant that's attached to the hotel is also SO good - all of the food we ate there was stellar. The best part of the hotel is the staff though, hands down. The front desk staff are super friendly, and they kindly accommodated us when we got stuck in Zion and were late to check out! Overall, this is a well-rounded spot and our new go-to place for lodging when we are in the area :)

Pros: the location is primo. Our room was very quiet and private-feeling. The standard king rooms have couches, which I like, and they’re nicely decorated with updated furnishings. There’s good coffee in the rooms: nespresso. The outdoor pool and hot tub have a great view. Nice fire pit. While parking is $20/day, it means we didn’t pay for parking otherwise, which was very expensive all around Springdale. Cons: as others have said, the linens are sad. The sheets are 60/40 polyester/cotton, which don’t breathe well and make me so clammy at night — that feels like a cheap hotel move. Similarly, the towels are thin, small, and well-loved — they’re a faded/gray white. We got a great deal in the off season so it was all fine with me, but I would be disappointed if I’d paid peak season prices.

Our stay at Red Cliffs Lodge in Zion has been exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out—Jofren at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, making sure everything about our stay was seamless. The hotel itself is fantastic. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning red rock views that capture the beauty of Zion from every angle. Waking up to those dramatic cliffs and wide-open desert landscapes is something you don’t forget. Between the warm service, the comfortable accommodations, and the unbeatable scenery, this is truly a special place to stay when visiting Zion. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of the area while enjoying great hospitality…
